By downloading, installing, or using Vega, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Permitted Use

Vega may only be used with content you personally own, content you are authorized to access, or content that is lawfully available for your intended use. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use Vega to:

  • Access, stream, download, or distribute pirated content.
  • Scrape, extract, or retrieve content from websites or services without authorization.
  • Bypass access controls, paywalls, digital rights management, or other technical restrictions.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, contractual rights, or any other legal rights.
  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Third-Party Sources

Vega does not provide, host, endorse, or verify third-party media sources. Any source added to the app is selected and controlled by the user. You are solely responsible for a source's legality, availability, security, and terms of use.

5. Intellectual Property

Vega does not grant rights to any media or third-party content. Ownership of such content remains with its respective rights holders. The Vega name, website, and app materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and intellectual property rights.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of Vega and for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, contracts, and third-party terms. You assume all risks arising from sources or content you configure.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Vega is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The developers and maintainers are not liable for user-configured sources, third-party content, unauthorized use, service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the app.

8. Enforcement and Termination

Access to Vega services may be restricted or terminated when these terms are violated. Prohibited conduct may also be reported when required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Vega after an update means you accept the revised terms.
